Caribbean Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3. The decision of the promoters on any matters related to these rules are final.
4. Your name will be put forward to the next prize draw. The next draw will take place on 1st December 2008.
5. The winner will be contacted by post/phone within 4 weeks of the draw.
6. Neither the winner, nor any other participants in the draw are under any obligations to take up any advice or recommendations given.
7. IFM are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The Financial Services Authority do not regulate the writing of wills or associated services.
8. Personal information obtained on this form and information provided previously will be recorded on the computer files maintained by IFM companies only and will be covered by the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
9. Written quotations available on request.
